Nearly every professional or amateur sport has been tainted by accusations and convictions of referees, umpires, and judges illegally ruling in favor of the opposing teams. In all of these occurrences, the official was bribed by another party, either representing the opposing team or gamblers betting against them. 

When the officials authorized to impartially judge a sporting match are corrupt, there is no hope for any of the participants. The outcome has been illegally and unfairly predetermined. All honest participants, from the players, management, and spectators are hurt and cheated of a fair outcome. The system is rigged.

There are some who feel that our eternal destiny with God is also rigged. Why bother praying to God who has already predetermined when we live and die? Why worship God when the world is overrun with evil and seemingly out of His control? How can we truly trust Jesus Christ as our supreme Judge? 

We were created by God to be in a harmonious and perfect relationship with Him. We chose to disobey and rebel against Him. In truth, we rigged the system to be against us! If we complain that it is unfair, it is because we chose this. 

People ruin their lives by their own foolishness and then are angry at the LORD.

It does not have to be this way. Jesus Christ is the perfect Judge because He is God. Only He will never lie and cannot be coerced by anyone else, including ourselves. Surrender your will to Jesus Christ and accept Him as Lord and Savior. Break the system that you rigged against yourself!

I can do nothing on my own. I judge as God tells me. Therefore, my judgment is just, because I carry out the will of the one who sent me, not my own will.
